Shipping and Exchange Policy
At Street Knowledge, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Please review our shipping and exchange policies carefully:
- Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders! Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, with most deliveries arriving within 57 business days.
- Express Shipping: Need it faster? Opt for our express shipping option, with costs calculated based on your location. Express orders typically arrive within 24 business days.
- PrePay + COD: Customers opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) must pay 15% upfront (PrePay) via their preferred payment method. The remaining 85% is due upon delivery. Please note that unconfirmed COD orders will be canceled, and the prepayment is nonrefundable
Note: Once an item is marked as "Delivered," Street Knowledge is no longer responsible for the package. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order to ensure a smooth delivery.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange Period: We accept exchanges within48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- No Return Policy: We do not offer refunds or returns. However, exchanges are available for sizing issues only.
Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased during a sale.
