Orders & Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
What are the available shipping options?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Free for all orders, with delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Faster delivery within 2-4 business days, with charges based on your location.
Is shipping free for all orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. However, express shipping charges apply if you opt for faster delivery.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
For COD orders, a 15% upfront payment (PrePay) is required via your preferred method. The remaining 85% is payable upon delivery. Please note that unconfirmed COD orders will be canceled, and the PrePay amount is non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver globally. To place your order please reach out to us via DM.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item I purchased?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.
What items are eligible for exchange?
Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues and must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact our support team atcontact@streetknowledge.inwithin 48 hours of delivery. Ensure the item is unused, with tags and packaging intact.
Are exchanges available for sale items?
No, products purchased during sales or promotional events are not eligible for exchange.
Who bears the cost of shipping for exchanges?
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending an item back for exchange.
What happens if the size I want is unavailable?
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we regret that the exchange cannot be completed.
How long does the exchange process take?
Once we receive and verify the item, exchanges are processed within7-10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and net banking. Cash on delivery is available within India.
